An incredible Alexander McQueen long sleeve floor length dress from the pre fall 2010 collection. Made in Italy from a silk fabric with beautiful drape, it has an amazing cowl style back, kaleidoscope print and shoulder pads.

Size: Marked IT 38 which equates to a UK 6/ US 4 but this gives an intentionally loose fit so would also suit a size larger.
