Skirt boasts many layers of tulle to enhance the volume. Primary multicolor flocked velvet dots adorn throughout, with large velvet and grosgrain ribbon bows that cover the backside zipper closure. Boning inside the bodice for an extra lift. This piece fits phenomenally and will be the centerpiece anywhere you choose to wear it. The compliments will pay for the dress ten fold.
